She has worked alongside Dr. Scheiner for more than 10 years and plays a key role in supporting him in clinic and assisting with patient care. Judy is known for her clinical expertise, attention to detail, and warm, reassuring manner, helping patients feel at ease before, during, and after their procedures.

A licensed Facial Specialist and Electrologist in the state of Florida, and a graduate of the Beauty and Health Institute, she combines her front office expertise with a passion for skincare to help patients feel comfortable and confident in their own skin.

She studied Biology at the University of South Florida and expanded her clinical perspective through international study in Perugia, Italy.
Karen is known for her deep industry knowledge and her commitment to delivering an elevated, seamless patient experience across every touchpoint of the practice.

As a Senior Surgical Concierge, Toni helps individuals explore their options, coordinates the details of their procedures, and ensures they feel supported and cared for throughout the process.

Mila Duncan brings more than a decade of experience in medical aesthetics and patient care. Her background includes assisting with oculoplastic surgery, laser procedures, injectables and cosmetic treatments, giving her a strong understanding of the patient experience and aesthetic medicine.
As our New Patient Concierge, Mila is the person you will speak with during your Surgery Discovery Call. She takes the time to understand your interests, answer initial questions and help determine the appropriate next step with Dr. Scheiner’s practice.
