Step 1: Dr. Scheiner use of laser technology to perform blepharoplasty makes a real difference. Like surgeries performed using a scalpel, it removes sagging excess skin that causes hooding of the upper eye or drooping skin and fat pads from the lower eye. But because the Better Blepharoplasty uses lasers, the procedure takes less time and involves less bleeding. The Better Blepharoplasty is a two-step procedure, with the second step featuring Dr. Scheiner’s proprietary RESET® Laser Skin Resurfacing technique. This advanced deep resurfacing is available for light-to-medium skin-toned adults. Unfortunately, deep laser skin resurfacing is not currently available for patients with dark skin tones, though they may be candidates for Halo and other treatments.
